Tech Talk Radio's Summer Series is now on air while we all take a break over the holiday season here in Australia. The crew will return on Monday February 6 2012. In the meantime, enjoy some of our best of shows from 2011 and earlier.

Dr Ron's Optus Tech support disaster
No one is immune to incompetence, but some telcos are better at it than others. Tech Talk Radio's Dr Ron recently had 'one of those calls' to the Optus internet help desk only to find out that help is the last thing on Australia's No2 telcos mind.

Join Andrew McColm & Dr. Ron along with our regulars, Mark Diggins and Graeme Callaghan. Leena Van Deventer is our newest recruit and brings a thorough understanding of gaming to the panel. When asked Mac or PC, she responded Mac! (that's nearly 3 all!)
Also a regular contributor Adam Turner (freelance writer for the age and SMH) has his view from the couch each week, and our US correspondent is Lidija Davis who reports regularly from Silicon Valley California.
We're not too tech Our target market is consumers, who are keen to make sense of current tech news, along with mums and dads who just want to know what the kids are up to, or what to buy that tech savvy person in their life for their next gift. There's a touch of politics, mixed with a blend of consumer awareness and humor.
